Finished off the delivery on Wednesday. Watched England beat Croatia 4 2 in their opening game of the World Cup. Good game, especially the second half. 

On Thursday we hired an automatic car for the day to try one out as that's what we'll be hiring in Canada. All fine once I figured out how everything works and that you don't use your left foot for braking. Decided it would be best to get International Driving Permits so got mine from the Broad St Mall post office. Stayed up to watch Canada beat Qatar 6 0. Started packing on Friday. M got her IDP.
