August Birthdays - Sunday August 4th 2024

We completed on the sale of the flat on Monday. Went on a excellent walk arranged by Roger from Park Corner to Benson. Went out on the 122 bus to Watlington with a mad driver. Unfortunately we had to wait an hour and a quarter for the X40 back from Benson. Mainly admin on Tuesday. Went swimming in the afternoon. JAMO came over for tea on Wednesday. On Thursday cycled out to the Spire and Spoke at Watlington with Kelvin and Stuart. About 40 miles with a few hills. It was first Thursday drinks in the evening at the Fox n Hounds in Caversham. It was Amy's birthday on Friday. I made her a cinnamon roll cake and we went over for pizzas.
It was Kelvin's birthday on Saturday so went round in the afternoon for drinks and food. I organised the society walk on Sunday based round the Angel at Woolhampton. Popped into to RSAC after to check out some sound equipment.
