Made a video of Madeline playing ukelele and banjo on Monday. Walked out to the Fisherman's Cottage for lunch with everyone on Tuesday but found it was closed so went for pizza at The Thirsty Bear which was really good. Spotted these new murals by the market on the way back that M helped design. It was Warren's birthday on Wednesday so we baby sat early evening and they went to the LSB with James and Amy. I attempted to stop Owen getting to the TV but it didn't work.Had a HCTS programming team meeting at the Biscuit Factory later that was quite productive. Had first Thursday drinks on Thursday. John Stevens put in an appearance. Here's a better picture of the woodpecker.
Went round to Tony's to practice some songs on Friday then went to Vesuvio's for dinner with everyone. Warren and Mary Ellen left about 7pm on Saturday to stay near Heathrow as they had a very early flight home. I'd already left to do the sound at RSAC for the Scarlet Vixens but once I'd set up they said they could manage so came back. Saw a merc with blacked out windows coming out of Mansfield Rd, thought it was drug dealers but it was actually Warren and Mary Ellen's taxi. Went back to RSAC later to pack up. It had been a sell out and good bar takings. We both woke on Sunday feeling a bit rough with sore throats. Still managed the society walk though which was very bluebelly.
M was still feeling a bit rough aftet though so didn't stay for lunch as planned.
